Wild Souls by Faith Prince
Summary:
Ethan can see a person’s soul and see things he shouldn’t know. Because of this, Ethan is an outcast at school and many think him crazy. Jennas purpose is to live freely and enjoy life. When Ethan is the first person she meets who doesn’t think her sense of humor or fascination with the fantastical is odd, she starts to see that there is more to Ethan than people think and that maybe he’s a superhero in his own right.
My Thoughts:
This book was so easy to get sucked into. Here you have a kid with a very unique gift and a girl who is unabashedly herself in the best way.
The writing flows really well and keeps you interested. There were times where I was unsure where the story was headed and why certain aspects were included in the book but the writing made it worthwhile.
Despite the uncertainty, I think the story at its heart is beautiful tale of finding yourself and how important people are in a person’s life. They can literally change your soul.
Wild Souls is a genuinely good book. I recommend giving this book a read and let me know what think!
