Andromeda’s Vengeance by LB Benson

Summary:

Following the events in New Aphros, Nerissa realized she must make a stand against King Blackwell. And reclaim her birthright. King Blackwell is still struggling to to maintain unanimous support after years of ruling by fear. When Nerissa make a surprising offer, Blackwell sees an opportunity to solidify his rule but Nerissa has other plans.

My Thoughts:

I finished this book in about a day which tells you I loved it. As the third and final book in the series, this book did not disappoint.

The characters are just as lovable as before but this book gives them more depth having to deal with loss and the fear of possible death. They will put everything at risk to live a life they want. 

My anticipation for the events of this book were high. Nerissa, along with her sister priestesses and pirate husband, is finally going to face Blackwell just not in the way I thought.

You finally get to understand the history of the power of the Goddess and the past Queen. You also get some alternating perspectives that do a great job of establishing what type of man Blackwell is.

I thought the finale between Nerissa and Blackwell was going to be longer but that was because I was anticipating and enjoying everything so much. 

The storyline played out beautifully and I’m glad to have followed along the journey of these characters. The author created an amazing series and I highly recommend you check out.
